The Friends of Carter Caves was organized in 2008, and is dedicated to helping advance the goals of Carter Caves State Park. It is made up of people who share a common bond: a deep interest in Carter Caves State Park and the desire to assist Park management in accomlishing their goals. These goals include:
- Fundraising
- Volunteer Assistance for Ongoing Projects
Friends of Carter Caves meets with the Park manager and his staff on a regular basis to prioritize how best to help meet the park's goals.
We are constantly looking for projects to assist the park with, and we invite your participation as a member of our group.
